MARY RIVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT Public tenders will be received by the undersigned up to 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the office of the St. Mary River Irrigation District located at 1210 - 36 Street North, P.O. Box 278, Lethbridge, Alberta, T1J 3Y7, for the construction of: Yellow Lake Lateral 4 IRP Project # 2052 Contract # 4 Installation of Pipeline and Structures The only pre-bid site tour and excavation of test pits will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, August 25, 2010, starting in the NW of Section 14-9-13 W4M and ending in the NW of Section 17-9-12-W4M. The project is located generally in Sections 13, 14, 24, Twp. 09, Rge 13, W4M and Sections 17, 18, 19, 20 Twp. 09, Rge. 12. W4M. approximately twelve kilometres south of Grassy Lake. Approximate quantities of the main items of work are as follows:
	-PVC Pipe (600mm to 750mm -PVC Pipe (100mm to 300mm) -Remove and Dispose of Structures, -Backfill and Reclamation Existing Canal -Remove and Dispose Concrete Lined Canal -Waste Area Stripping -Pipeline Irrigation Turnouts -Road Crossing -Drain Out	3,414 metres 2,229 metres 4,615 metres 3,744 metres 10,000 Cu.
